- As longtime partners working toward tobacco-free States, Nevada and Arizona have teamed to provide evidence-based education programs. Nevada joins Hawaii and Minnesota in replicating Arizona's tested Tobacco Dependence Treatment Education Programs. These programs were developed, implemented, and evaluated through the HealthCare Partnership at the University of Arizona (www.healthcarepartnership.org ). Working as a National Team to leverage resources is key to the successful prevention and treatment of tobacco use and dependence.
